Seed was a self directed project spanning 2015-2017. A curiosity for Abrus Precatorius seeds led Annika to India where they are harvested for pharmaceuticals. This body of work included a sculpture made of brass and Abrus seeds, still photography and a performance film piece. 800,000 of the seeds were poured over bodies on a construction site in the Lower East Side, NY.
